Brabant Center of Entrepreneurship

BCE organized this summer in Tilburg as well as in Eindhoven inspiring summerschoolactivities with an entrepreneurial theme.

In Eindhoven a summerschool on entrepreneurship was organized exclusively for a group of PDEng-students from the Stan Ackermans Institute (a picture of the group is shown on the homepage).

Both programms were well attended and highly valued by the participants. Besides courses given by academic staff, activities included training of skillrequirements, a businessplan competition and guestlectures by renowned captains of Industry but also young entrepreneurs -former students- who were willing to share their experiences.

Besides these serious aspects, the importance of social activities were acknowledged as well. Students enjoyed for example a tour on tandem and a BBQ to shake up the social spirit.
