International Entrepreneurship Summer Programme 2010
The BCE International Entrepreneurship Program is a four-week program offered by BCE during the Tilburg University Summer School (TUSS). It combines academic courses with skills training, company visits, entrepreneurial games, and a final challenge. The program is taught entirely in English, with the aim being to recruit international students, in addition to Dutch students. This is a great opportunity to follow an intensive academic course load, while also enjoying cultural and social activities.
The International Entrepreneurship Summer Program will start on July 16th and continue till August 13th. During the first three weeks, students attend academic courses in the morning, followed by skills training sessions in the afternoon. For the coursework, each week focuses on a specific entrepreneurial topic: Introduction to Entrepreneurship (Week 1), Corporate Entrepreneurship (Week 2) and Law & Business (Week 3).
The skills training workshops are more general. Their aim is to enhance the academic knowledge and build a bridge towards the more practical aspects of entrepreneurship. The program concludes with a final challenge in Week 4. Students break up into teams to tackle real-life case studies from local entrepreneurs and compete for the title of TUSS Entrepreneurship Team of 2010.
All participants who successfully complete the TUSS International Entrepreneurship Program will receive a certificate for 6 ECTS credits. Especially for TU/e students and UvT students BCE offers 4 spots for a reduced fee (500 euro instead of 1000 euro).
A summer with us will inspire you, challenge you, and help you towards successfully launching your idea!
